Epcot's Flower and Garden Festival (part 2)

If you missed part one of the Flower and Garden Festival,
you can see the pictures by clicking here.

New this year because of the film Oz: The Great and Powerful, was this clever children's play area complete with a yellow "brick" road and a field of glass poppies.

Who knew? I'm not doing it.

We have been in the butterfly house at prior festivals, but the fairies were all around this year and I fell in love with them!

We always have to stock up on our Twining's teas
and the Tea Garden has such sweet things in it.

Gardenia was my mom's favorite flower.
I had to stop, smell and take a picture for her.

Loved it! The fairies are darling, and that teacup! What a fun visit!

We have gardenias blooming now along with Confederate Jasmine which is white and smells divine.

Sheila

What a pretty place to walk and relax. Gardenias are so pretty and like the smell as long as I am not to close to them. Don't think I will try replacing onion with a tulip bulb. :)
Enjoy your evening.

This is just awesome, Sue! I can just imagine how little kids must feel when they step into a happy little world like this. I love gardenias, too, so pretty and how sweet that you took that picture!

Jane

Hi Suz,
Just love all these pics from Epcot,
Isn't it just so amazing what they do! Love all their statues out of plants, they are incredibly creative and beautiful. Saw your first post too and thought I commented but think I got called away and never got to
comments. Just incredible to me, all
their cool stuff, would love to have a few hours to chase after their Gardener and watch him in
action, bet we could learn a lot.

I have and love gardenias too, they smell so wonderful, and are really beautiful flowers. I think it was
my Mom's favorite too. I have tried to bring them in the house,
but can't bring to many cause they
are so fragrant I get a headache.
lol

Glad you got to enjoy this lovely visual delight at Epcot. Disney they do everything sooooo well....

Have a blessed day hon,
Blessings, Nellie

I am headed out for some sunshine.
