I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm just not into changing things around my house right now. It is too hot to think, much less carry things around from place to place. Our heat index is supposed to be between 110-115 all week! So, my slight change might not even be noticed by anyone but me.
I picked up this shell picture at HomeGoods in St. Louis over the weekend. When I decided this spring to use seashells in my house for summer, I simply grabbed a picture from my bathroom and moved it to the living room to place about the china cabinet. I knew at the time that it wasn't quite large enough for the space...but the theme and colors worked. When I saw this larger picture with the shells...I thought it would improve the look.

I also found the shell vase and I couldn't resist the color.
As you can see, I tweeked things a little bit, but not too much.
I am joining Susan @ Between Naps on the Porch for Met Monday.
Make sure you stop and say hello.

Think everyone is busy this summer. I haven't had time to visit around as much as usual.
Course, now that the wedding is on hold I might find a bit more time.
