Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Ingredients:
1 5 oz jar Old English Cheese Spread
1 stick butter, softened
1 6 oz can crabmeat, drained
1 T. Mayonaise
pinch garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
I package (6) English Muffins
Mix the Old English, butter, crab, mayo, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce until well blended. Separate English muffins into halves, then cut into quarters. Spread crab spread onto muffins and bake approx. 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
These are pre-baked. Of course I forgot to
take a picture of them when they were done!
They should be melty and lightly browned.

Wow, Sue, This is one shellfish I CAN eat!
great and super easy recipe!
Thanks!
I also love your sunflower tablescape! So pretty and cheerful!
Sunflowers make me smile!
I also want to reach through the screen and grab some of those candy corns... I'm all out and so isn't my nearby store!
I'll have to hunt some down over the weekend.
I guess everyone saw the tablescape in Woman's Day magazine and had to buy multiple bags for this project and their candy corn wreath!
I made a simple tables scape of them and we eat them all week :D
hehehe
*happy autumn*

Oh, I just know they are fab-look at that recipe, what's not to love!
Those sound truly delicious, Sue! A perfect recipe! I think I have seen variations of this, but I always like to have a good crab recipe on hand. Thank you for sharing this with us. :-)
I posted a Coconut Cake recipe as an adendum to my TT/FF post that is out of this world, and it wasn't up earlier. I just got it a few hours ago from Nancy. It was a huge hit at my birthday party she hosted, and I wanted to share it with the FF girls.
Happy Foodie Friday to you...
XO,
Sheila :-)
I've eaten these delicious bite sized morsels at parties long ago & they ARE wonderful!!! Thanks so much for sharing your recipe for them. I heard some of the gals were having trouble finding the Old English Cheese Spread. I must put it on my list now for the upcoming holidays, so I'll have plenty on hand. Love 'em!!
They do sound good! Thanks for sharing the recipe.
I admire and appreciate you, for sharing with your readers such delightful recipes and beautiful table arrangements.
You're both a talented and altruistic person.
I was just about to get excited about this recipe (needing a good something or other for our fellowship on Sun night) but, since
I. DO. NOT. DO. FISH. OF. ANY. KIND., I will pass on this one.
Bet if I liked crab, which I have no clue as to it's taste, this would be good.:)
O, and I am going to do as you suggested and try a reg. cake mix in the little pans..then, instead of drowning them in icing, I'll make it a little thicker and just spread it on lightly. Think that will work??
Hmmmm, sounds wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing. I love to make appetizers and I love to 'graze' at gatherings...these will be perfect.
Wish I could get in the habit of taking pics along with the process of cooking/baking. Just cannot seem to remember...
Have a wonderful weekend!

Yum! These look fabulous, Sue! I actually had a similar appetizer in France...served on slices of French bread and toasted. I will have to try this one! Happy weekend!...hugs...Debbie
