Fall Cloche Party at Marty's!

It is time for another cloche party with Marty @ A Stroll Thru Life. This is such a fun party. People come up with the most clever things to put under glass. When I started blogging a year ago, I didn't know what a cloche was. I certainly didn't own one. My first cloche party I used a covered cake plate as my cloche. I still don't have a collection like Marty's, but I have added a few. Make sure you stop by to say hello!

I found this old looking pumpkin on our trip to Alton.
I thought he would look cute in my old looking cloche.

My jar that usually holds seashells, is now holding
vintage Halloween decorations. They are little puppets.
You push on the bottom and they move around.
The wooden candy corn I've had for many years.

My coffee table has my small cloche that I
made from a silver compote and a small glass dome.

I used leaves and a deep green mum,
some berries and a wooden acorn in this one.

This one doesn't photograph well at all.

Please stop to see Marty @ A Stroll Thru Life

You're all decked out for fall... It must be so much fun to put little surprises under the cloche.
Wishing you a grand weekend Sue!

I love these Sue, they are really cute! You have such a knack for decorating. With three boys in the house I don't think I'll be participating in any cloche parties in the near future, I can just see all those fingerprints:)

They are all wonderful. I love them. Your pumpkin in the first one is so cute and I love the ceramic base. The corn and puppets are fabulous in your apothecary jar. Love the one you made with the dome and the silver. So pretty and the flower is lovely inside. Very creative and such wonderful inspiration for how to decorate them. Thanks so much for linking to the party. Hugs, Marty

These are wonderful Sue!

Haven't been to Alton in awhile. Our trips to IL have been few and far between since the Winfield Ferry closed. Sure miss that ferry!

Missy broke the cloche that my mom had and then gave to me. She then broke the top of the cake tray platter so I am without either :(

I did see a ton at a flea market but they were ridiculously priced.

Sue,
Your cloches look great. I never owned a cloche until I stated blogging so it’s nice to get ideas how to decorate them. I also developed a weird craving for little birdies and roosters!
Thanks for you kind words for Heather. All I can say is thank goodness for the kindness of strangers.
Hugs, Cathy
